CKY Consulting is led by an inspector with extensive experience in commercial vehicle enforcement and DOT compliance, with a professional background supporting both state and municipal operations in Kentucky.
Beginning in 2017, he obtained hands-on experience performing commercial vehicle inspections and compliance activities in coordination with the Kentucky State Police (KSP) and the Lexington Police Department (LPD). This work included roadside inspections, safety evaluations, and enforcement support involving commercial motor vehicles operating under FMCSA regulations.
While working with Kentucky State Police, he was certified in FMCSA Part A and Part B standards, which cover both driver and vehicle compliance. This certification included advanced exposure to inspections involving hazardous materials and bulk/tanker operations, requiring strict adherence to federal safety and handling regulations.
Today, that experience is applied through CKY Consulting to help carriers, owner-operators, and fleets prepare for inspections, pass audits, and maintain compliance with 49 CFR regulations. Our approach is practical, thorough, and rooted in real enforcement standards — not theory.
